How do I know which size will fit my child/teenager?

Our sizes are based on body measurements and you should regularly measure yourself every 6 months as your body changes. Please click here to view the JL Size Guide to help you find the perfect fit.

What do I do if I’m not satisfied with the garments I purchased?

We believe that you and your pre-teen will love everything that you receive from us. If something just doesn’t feel right, we offer free returns and exchanges on bras within 14 days of you receiving your product.

As a new company, we ask that you kindly exchange bras rather than returning them. Please remember to return your products within 14 days of receiving your product.

How do I track my delivery?

It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for UK. Unless specified otherwise, Journey London distribution and deliveries are handled via Royal Mail. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your personal tracking information. After the package has left our warehouse and is with the courier, you’ll receive tracking information directly from them.

If for any reason you have not received your package by the date selected at purchase on our website, please let us know so that we can look into this for you.

What happens if my shipment is lost in transit or damaged?

When you purchase your Journey London products we use Royal Mail delivery.

If you’re concerned about the shipment not reaching you or being damaged in transit, we recommend that you contact us before proceeding with your purchase to discuss adding insurance from our selected courier.
